This is the perfect breakfast recipe- packed with protein & vitamins, it’s the perfect way to kick-start your day!
I always ‘cook’ my porridge in a rice cooker – it always comes out perfectly and you can be cooking it whilst you get ready in the morning- perfect for saving time!
- 1/4 cup of Rice Flake porridge
- 1/4 cup Flaked Quinoa
- 1tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Handful Frozen Raspberries
Simply add the Rice flakes, Quinoa Flakes, Chia seeds and Almond milk to the rice cooker (or saucepan if you prefer). Once it is cooked, swirl in a handful of frozen raspberries which will melt and create a gorgeous raspberry ripple effect.
Top with your choice of fruit, berries and seeds… and enjoy!
